Looking for a delicious, homemade treat that’s healthy and free from hidden additives? These Granola Chocolate Bites are the perfect solution!
Ingredients:
2,5 cups of your favorite granola mix (organic GF sprouted oats, sesame, flax seeds, almond slices, whole almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds – the options are endless!)
1/4 cup light maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup melted ghee (or coconut oil)
100g vegan chocolate (for melting)
1 tspn vanilla extract
1 tspon cinnamon (optional)
Flaky sea salt & freeze-dried raspberries for topping

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C).
In a large bowl, mix your granola ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, almond butter, and ghee (or coconut oil) until well blended.
Pour the liquid mixture over the granola and stir until fully coated.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pressing it down to about 1 cm thick (use a tool to compress it gently).
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Once baked, melt your vegan chocolate and spread it over the cooled granola layer.
Drizzle with flaky sea salt and scatter freeze-dried raspberries on top for that perfect balance of flavor!
Let it cool completely, then cut into squares or bars – great for a quick afternoon snack or as a lunchbox treat for the kids!
This is an easy, homemade way to enjoy something sweet without all the hidden preservatives and additives in store-bought snacks. Make it your own with any ingredients you love – it’s customizable, healthy, and oh-so-tasty!
Enjoy!
